Amcha Ghar, which means (Our Home) is registered as a Non-profit organization under the Societies Registration Act 1860 and The Bombay Public Trust Act 1950 in Thane in the year 1996. Since then Organization has been creating impact at scale through key flagship initiatives & contribute towards the attainment of 7 sustainable development goals which focus on zero hunger-SDG 2, Good health and Well-being -SDG 3, Access to quality education-SDG 4, Gender equality through education-SDG5, providing access to Clean water and Sanitation-SDG 6, and empowering youth and women at grassroots through Sustainable livelihood-SDG8, building sustainable communities through a strategic partnership with Government, corporates and non-profits-SDG 11.
